In the event where the Product is inconsistent with the model and/or specification required or contains quality problem or is damaged in transit or other circumstances or where the Product delivered is below the quantity ordered, you may apply for refund.
Unless there is written agreement with WPG E-Commerce, we do not agree to any return of the Products.
There is time limit for return, please follow instructions:
1. Please send an e-mail to our online customer service on this Website within 14 days from the date of shipment to apply RMA (Returned Material Authorization): a. clear photos of product including the outer packaging with product label and the Product b. together with a complete test report for quality problem

Procedures of applying RMAWe will process your RMA request within reasonable period of time upon receipt of your application and will send you an RMA reference number if it is verified and confirmed to be our responsibility to rectify the issues submitted in the RMA request.
2. Each RMA reference number will be valid for 7 days. You must return the Product to the address specified by WPG E-Commerce within 7 days from the date of your receipt of RMA reference number.
3. If you are not able to return the product within 7 days, the RMA reference number will be considered as invalid and WPG E-Commerce will cancel your said application. If you return the Product to us after the cancellation, WPG E-Commerce shall have the right to reject the return of the Product and your application.
1. Once the item(s) received is not conformed to your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail, attaching with clear photos which include packaging box (with carton shipment label) and item(s) (with label).
2. Once we confirmed the item(s) is/are wrongly shipped, an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number will be provided. Please send back the wrong item(s) in original packing to the address assigned. We will refund the amount of wrongly shipped item(s) upon receipt of your return.
3. Please be kindly noted that all returns should be unwrapped, in original packaging and in resalable condition, otherwise, return will not be accepted.
If you find the product has quality problem upon reasonable inspection, please send an e-mail to our online customer service on this Website within 14 days from the date of shipment: a. With clear photo of the Product, including the outer packaging with product label and the Product b. With a complete test report c. Specifying that it is an application for “Return Material Authorization (RMA)”.
We will process your RMA request within reasonable period of time upon receipt of your application and will send you an RMA reference number if it is verified and confirmed to be our responsibility to rectify the issues submitted in the RMA request.
It will take 7-14 working days to process refund upon receiving the return goods.
