We do not accept any return of the Products withouth our RMA Number.
2. The events of RMA and shortage mentioned in #1 which we approve it, will process refund, no replacement.

Procedures of applying RMA
2.We will process your RMA request within reasonable time upon receiving application and will send you an email of RMA number with instructions of return if it is verified and confirmed to be our responsibility.
3. Each RMA number will be valid for 7 days. Must follow instructions to return the Product within 7 days from the next day of email date onwards.
4. If you are not able to return the product within 7 days, the RMA number will be considered as invalid and WPGDADAGO will cancel your application.
5. Please DON'T return any goods which is without Valid RMA Number, otherwise buyer has to bear the loss.
1. If the item(s) received is inconsistent with your order, please immediately send an e-mail to customer service(firstname.lastname@example.org), attaching with WPGDADAGO Order No., clear photos which includes packaging box (with shipment & product label) and packaging of item(s) (with label).
2. Due to we don't process replacement of goods, once we confirmed the item(s) is/are wrongly shipped, an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number will be provided to send back the wrong item(s) in original packing to the address assigned, meanwhile customer serivce will instruct procedures of refunding the wrongly shipped item(s) upon receiving your return.
3. If obviously learn from outer label that the part number is inconsistent, Please be kindly noted that not allow to open the original packing of product, the gooods must be returned in original package and original seal, otherwise, return will be rejected and the application will be cancelled.
If the product has quality problem upon reasonable inspection, please immediately send an e-mail to customer service(email@example.com)：
a. With clear photos of the Product, includes the outer and inner packaging with labels
b. With a complete test report
c. Must mark WPGDADAGO Order Number in email.
Our product department will process quality inspection with Vendor within reasonable time upon receiving your application and will send you an RMA number to returnd goods if it is confirmed as the product QA issue; refund will be processed after receiving return goods.
