Q1What kinds of condition could request to return goods?
1. In the event that the Product is inconsistent with the Part No. or contains quality problem or is damaged in transportation or the quantity is shortage, you may contact customer service to apply for processing the issue. (refer Terms of Purchase, 11. Return Policy)

We do not accept any return of the Products withouth our RMA Number.

2. The events of RMA and shortage mentioned in #1 which we approve it, will process refund, no replacement.
